How to Regulate Your Nervous System

Your nervous system has been running the show: fight, flight, freeze, fawn. Most of us never learned we can actually influence it. This is foundational work for trauma survivors and HSPs. Let's talk practical tools to get your body out of survival mode. When you're stuck in hypervigilance, your body thinks every moment is an emergency. You can't think clearly, you can't rest, you can't connect. Learning to regulate your nervous system is like learning a new language with your body, and it changes everything about how you move through the world.
