We practice saying goodbye to what no longer serves us. We learn to let go of worry for the sake of worry. We let go of covid strategy stressing, let go of perfectionism, of caring what other people think, of people pleasing tendencies, of fear of loneliness, denying intuition, and influencer enabling of dysfunctional ideals.
