Archetypes and Learning to Love Ourselves
How to use Archetypes to get to know different aspects of ourselves and expand healing. By picking battles we can avoid burnout and have the energy to fight the ones we decide need fighting. We work to hold space for our light & dark selves with wholeness while letting go of taking things personally.
